Lorraine has cared for my birds (two red canaries) on a few occasions and all I can say is she is wonderful. She is organized, always remembers the dates she will be sitting, even when I’ve spoken to her weeks before about sitting them. She has made things as easy as possible during the process…has met me at my job to pick them up, and is always available when I’m ready to come get them. She clearly has such love for animals and it shows in the care they receive. I would recommend All Creatures Great and Small wholeheartedly! Having known Lorraine Connor for several years, we were pleased to utilize the services of “All Creatures Great and Small” during a 7-day cruise. Prior to our trip, Lorraine came to our house and met Max & Bear for the first time. She took copious notes and asked detailed questions about the needs of our dogs. As we wanted our dogs to be in their usual environment, Lorraine stayed at our home while we were away. She kept a daily log of the dogs’ activities, which was a wonderful surprise when we returned from a week of being away from “our boys”. Lorraine left the house in better condition then when we left and our boys were as happy as can be. We highly recommend “All Creatures Great and Small” and found Lorraine’s rates to be extremely reasonable. We hope to schedule her again soon! Randy & Jerry
I met Lorraine last year and had an instant connection with her as did my black lab, Casey. Lorraine loves all animals but has a extra soft spot for senior dogs. She is quiet, calm and patient with Casey, which is a must since Casey, at age 14, makes up all the rules! Lorraine is extremely reliable and trustworthy, and I can ALWAYS get in touch with her. Casey is always content and relaxed when I get home whether its been a few hours or after a week’s vacation. That, to me, says it all. Thank you so much for taking care of Bonnie in your home! I know being as active of a puppy that she is, she can be a handful!
